Maydrew Way is a modern four bedroom home in a newly built estate in Briton Ferry, Neath. It has a livingroom / Diner, modern kitchen, downstairs W/C, 1 ensuite bedroom and 3 other double bedrooms.

Maydrew Way boasts its own 'Independent Living' room which is detached from the home. This room is used to provide private space, where fully qualifies support staff can help service users in the use of washing machines, microwaves and other white goods usually found in a domestic home. Support staff can also help service users learn daily living skills such as making and taking telephone calls, paying bills, dealing with correspondence, using the internet, planning a route to a destination and returning home. The independent living schedule can be tailored to meet the needs and future aspirations of each individual service user.
